The room had a modern feel with a comfortable king bed, and the service from the staff was excellent.

We where there for 1 day, everything was great, thoroughly enjoyed its favourable and easy location really close to stores and several close by restaurants. The great service and shuttle to nearby mall etc far exceeded our expectations. The hotel met needs.

The room was well-appointed and new-fashioned. All the staff was very welcoming and pleasant, solved my issues. - Loved the room with a sofa, my bed was exceptionally comfortable. - I had great food for breakfast with different egg dishes. - the location was marvelous, close to areas in the chicagoland area, and restaurants. - Main attractions such as Sabatino Park were 3 miles from this property. - Everything was great and met needs.

Breakfast English muffins were stiff/stale.

The hotel's location was convenient for dining options and close to surrounding cities, including Elgin, St. Charles, and Geneva, making it ideal for attending a funeral service nearby.

The bed was wonderful and the extra couch nice for reading.

Grab bars in the bathtub would be nice.

My room was well-equipped with 2 queen beds, a refrigerator, microwave, coffee & tea making facilities, and a fridge; the breakfast was hot and good, and the check-in process was easy.

That the room really smelled like smoked, but I was in a smoking rooms too so that probably why and I dont smoke but I didn't think it would make a difference but I'll know for next time

Comfortable room that looks like it was recently remodeled, featuring a spacious king bed. 🛏️ Plenty of dining choices here, and the food is top-notch.

The breakfasts were delicious with a variety of hot egg dishes.

You could hear people in next room talking in normal voices. The maid service came in our room a day we asked for no service. The maid service knocked very loudly on doors in the mornings and woke everyone up, we got in 5am after driving 14 hrs all night so were less than thrilled about this. I was told one price and a higher price was ran on my card. The whole state had tolls like every exit or two just crazy

The hotel is reasonably clean and offers an excellent location near stores and restaurants. The staff is outstandingly accommodating. The breakfast is hot and delicious. The room is reasonably large with a comfortable king bed.
